Data Migration

Going live on a new EHS platform does not mean leaving your history behind. QA Testing

Testing written by developers finds developer bugs. Testing written by users finds the things that will actually go wrong on Tuesday morning. Staff Training & Support

A system that goes live but doesn't get adopted is a sunk cost. Alcan's training programs are designed for real comprehension and lasting behavioral change — not just completion certificates. Training is delivered in English and French, on-site or remote, and is scripted per persona: a maintenance technician's session looks completely different from a compliance manager's. We guide each user through their actual modules, with their actual permissions, following their actual workflows — so the training session is a dress rehearsal for the real thing, not a generic product tour.
